More than 30 former Major League Baseball players came by the Coastside to participate in the annual Legends Double Play Weekend.
The barbecue was held Sunday at Cameron Restaurant & Inn, where patrons got to meet the former greats.
Monday was the annual Swing With the Legends golf tournament, held at both courses at the Half Moon Bay Golf Links.
All the money raised goes to the Boys & Girls Club of the Coastside.
The players’ lives after baseball run the gamut from a simple retirement to ongoing work. Some work in Major League Baseball, some in a related field, and others are involved in non-baseball ventures.
